Let me introduce myself: I’m Laura, founder of WYC- It’s a vibe🤘☮️💕 Unapologetic. Badass. Yoga. 🧘♀️ I want to invite you to bet on yourself and join me in community, in practice and conversation.
I’m passionate about opening yoga up to all. No worries about having to be quiet, reverent or anything other than YOURSELF. I have never been an “inside the box” kinda girl. I don’t think yoga has to be either. There aren’t (well, there shouldn’t be) rules about who can do it, why we do it or even how we do it.
Yoga to me is more than poses. It’s a way to reconnect to ME. The practice isn’t about perfection. The practice is about ME. And that is not selfish. That is a whole lot of self-love. Guess what? We are all enough. We are all worthy as fuck. Don’t let a motherfucker ever make you feel you are anything but the magical badass you are.
